By creating an account or using the Jeetra application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Jeetra is designed for fitness and territory tracking. Users are responsible for:

Exercising caution, maintaining situational awareness, and adhering to local traffic laws during runs.
Respecting private property and restricted areas — do not trespass to claim territories.
Maintaining fair play — spoofed GPS routes or automated activities will result in leaderboard disqualification and account suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

All Jeetra branding, software code, territory mapping logic, badges, and designs are the exclusive property of Jeetra. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute app assets without explicit permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Jeetra is provided "as is". We are not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or loss incurred while participating in runs or using the application.
