Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Jeetra offers premium membership subscriptions and digital features. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's refund policies:

• Apple App Store: Managed directly through your Apple ID account subscriptions.
• Google Play Store: Managed directly through your Google Play Store account payment history.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Jeetra Pro subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to enjoy your premium benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Physical Merch & Rewards

If you order physical Jeetra merchandise or milestone reward items (shirts, physical medal badges, water bottles):

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge upon receipt of proof of damage.
